All About Roulette Table
Most of the player prefer European variation of the Roulette game, because chances to win are higher.
Roulette table have two variants of layout. The difference is rather evident and it influences the possible result of the game. The matter is that American roulette has two zero positions which increase the house edge.
Both of the roulette table layouts should be examined in details in order to understand how the roulette game works.
Roulette Table Layout
Roulette is always played at the roulette wheel. In American layout the wheel is placed at the end of the table, in European and French roulettes the wheel is at the middle. There are 37 or 38 numbers at the layout, marked with color which identify their function. The color of numbers can be red or black, zeros are always green.
The pockets of the wheel have numbers 1-36, in the American variant of roulette there are also zero and double zero number, the European variant of table has only zero number.

Roulette tables are divided into 2 parts according to the bets which may be made – inside part and outside part.
For the inside bets all pockets with numbers are available. Player may choose one or several numbers from 1 to 36 and put his chips into the pocket.
